We carefully curate and inspect every piece of jewellery before it reaches you, but we understand that sometimes a piece might not feel quite right. If you need to return an item, we have designed a seamless, secure, and eco-conscious process.
Our 30-Day Policy You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your unworn jewellery. To qualify for a full refund, the piece must be in its original, pristine condition, complete with all original packaging and accompanying certificates.
How to Return Your Item To ensure a smooth and secure return, we utilise the UK-wide InPost locker network. This completely paperless, label-free system is incredibly convenient and helps reduce the carbon footprint of the return journey by utilising consolidated courier routes.
Step 1: Request a Return. Please email our concierge service at SignaturesbyAlistair@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Receive Your Digital Code. Once approved, we will generate and email you a unique InPost QR code. You do not need to print a shipping label or write out our delivery address; the digital code securely handles all the routing for you.
Step 3: Drop Off. Securely package your jewellery, take it to any of the 7,000+ InPost lockers across the UK, and scan your QR code at the screen. A door will pop open for you to place your parcel inside.
Processing Your Refund Once your piece has been safely received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
