Concierge Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All concierge consultations must be booked in advance.Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Consultations are conducted via video call or telephone unless otherwise agreed.

2. Consultation Fee

The concierge consultation fee is £35.

This fee is fully redeemable against any jewellery purchase of £150 or more made within 30 days of your consultation.

The consultation fee secures dedicated time, research and sourcing preparation.

3. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

5. Refund Deduction

Where a qualifying purchase is made, the consultation fee will be deducted from the final invoice.

This deduction applies once per consultation and cannot be transferred to another person.

6. Scope of Service

The concierge service provides curated recommendations, ethical sourcing guidance and design advice.

While every effort is made to source suitable pieces, availability and pricing may vary depending on supplier and market conditions.

7. Discretion & Confidentiality

All consultations are conducted with discretion and professionalism. Client information will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil an order.
